达成政治共识的障碍与突破路径

The Obstacles and Ways to Achieve Political Consensus

政治共识的达成是开展国际合作、化解地区矛盾冲突、解决人类面临共同问题的基础;也是维护社会稳定、实现国家治理现代化的重要前提。当前,社会分化带来不同政治主体思想观念多元化、政治理想差异、政治事实认定差异等因素,极大地影响了政治共识的顺利达成。当代中国政治共识的达成,需要积极寻找和确认政治共识达成的主体,严格遵循民主集中制原则,善于发掘传统文化中的有益思想因素,利用好政党协商、政协协商两个主渠道,并应将政治协商纳入决策程序。

The achievement of political consensus is the basis for international cooperation,resolving regional conflicts and solving the common problems of mankind.Meanwhile,it is also conducive to the maintenance of social stability in China.At present,the social differentiation brings different ideas of political subject pluralism,political ideal and political differences,and in the identification of political facts,which greatly influence whether the political consensus can be reached smoothly.In order to promote political consensus,it is necessary to look for and confirm the main body of political consensus,to strictly follow the principle of democratic centralism,to explore the ideological factors that are conducive to political consensus in traditional culture.We should make good use of the two main channels of consultation（political parties and the CPPCC）and incorporate political consultation in decision-making process.
