基于录像分析下的教师课堂提问行为比较研究——以新疆地区维吾尔族教师、汉族教师课堂教学为例

摘要 采用课堂录像编码分析的方式对新疆地区部分汉族教师、维吾尔族教师课堂提问行为进行了研究,发现不同民族文化影响下的课堂提问行为存在较明显差异。新疆地区课堂教学中强调现代教学的共性较多,对文化差异关注较少,这是导致新疆地区课堂教学质量不高的一个重要原因。新疆地区作为多民族聚居区,在教学改革中应充分考虑各族师生文化心理结构特点。 The survey was based on video analyzing and coding of the classroom questioning behavior ol part oI the Han and Uygur teachers in Xinjiang, and found that under the influence of different national culture, there are obvious differences in the classroom questioning behavior. In classroom teaching in multi-ethnic regions, more common ideas of modern teaching are paid attention to, while less cultural differences are concerned, which is the main reason for the low quality of classroom teaching in Xinjiang. Xinjiang as the multi-ethnic regions, the reform of classroom teaching should give full consideration to the characteristics of cultural psychological structure of both teachers and students.
