摘要
《地平线报告》已经成为国际教育信息化发展和信息技术与教学融合创新实践的风向标,而《2017新媒体联盟中国高等教育技术展望:地平线项目区域报告》是首份针对中国高等教育的地平线报告——该报告指出了未来五年内推动中国高等教育技术应用的9大趋势、影响其技术应用的9大挑战及其12项重要发展。文章通过对该报告内容的分析与解读,探讨了中国高等教育信息化面临的机遇与挑战,以期为推动我国高校的"双一流"建设、实现教育现代化提供参考。
Horizon Report has become the significant reference for the development of global education informatization as well as the integration of information teachnology and teaching. The 2017 NMC Technology Outlook for Chinese Higher Education： A Horizon Project Regional Report is the first horizon report focusing on Chinese higher education. The nine major trends to promote the application of the Chinese higher education technology in the next five years are pointed out in this report, as well as the nine significant challenges influencing the application of the technology and the twelve key advances of educational technology. This paper carefully analyzed and interpreted the report, discussed the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese higher education, excepting to provide reference for the ＂double-first＂ construction and educational modernization of Chinese universities.
