四力导向、四轮驱动O2O活动链仿真的创新创业教育体系探究

Research on the Innovative Enterprise Education System with the Four-ability Oriented and Four-wheel Dirven O2O Activity Chain Simulation

文章以分析力、创造力、领导力和创业力等四种能力的培养为导向,通过校企合作催化、基地平台孵化、学科专业孕育、科研成果转化等四轮驱动,开展线上线下结合的O2O活动链仿真,构建了四力导向、四轮驱动O2O活动链仿真的创新创业教育体系。随后,文章从创新创业教育流程、课程体系、一体化平台、运行机制等角度,分析了该体系的特点。最后,文章以重庆工商大学经济管理实验教学中心为例,开展了该体系的实践推广运用,并取得了较好的效果。期待文章的研究,能促进专业教育与创新创业教育的融合,推动学科专业支撑的创新创业人才的培养。

The online/offiine O2O activity chain simulation was developed in this paper, which was oriented by the cultivations of analysis ability, creativity, leadership, entrepreneurship and driven by the four parts of university-enterprise cooperation, base platform incubation, discipline breeding, scientific research transformation. In addition, the innovative enterprise education system with the four-ability oriented and four-wheel driven O2O activity chain simulation was constructed. Then, the characteristics of this system was analyzed from the points of innovative enterprise education process, courses system, integrated platform and operation mechanism. Finally, this paper took the economic management experimental teaching center in Chongqing Technology and Business University as the example to carry out the practical application of this system and achieved good results. It was expected that the results in this work can promote the fusion of professional education and innovative enterprise education, as well as the cultivation of innovative enterprise talents with professional knowledge.
