当归补血加味汤对增生性糖尿病视网膜病变光凝治疗的辅助疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction on Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy with Photocoagulation Treatment

目的:观察当归补血加味汤对增生性糖尿病视网膜病变光凝治疗的辅助疗效。方法:选取2013年10月-2015年4月于笔者所在医院眼科行糖尿病相关性眼科检查的确诊增生性糖尿病性视网膜病患者70例,进行全视网膜光凝治疗,并辅助以当归补血加味汤进行治疗(治疗组,30例),与常规治疗药物羟苯磺酸钙(昊畅)作对照(对照组,40例),以视力、OCT、mf ERG检查结果为疗效评判标准。结果:治疗组的30例(60眼)中,出现视力改善者占16.9%,与对照组的视力改善率(15.0%)相近。OCT检查结果显示视网膜水肿明显消退,视网膜厚度明显变薄。mf ERG检查表明治疗后各波振幅较治疗前提高,以P1、N1波最为明显,同时伴有潜伏期缩短。综合有效率达48.3%,与对照组治疗的效果相当(49.6%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对增生性糖尿病视网膜病变病进行光凝治疗同时辅以当归补血加味汤治疗的保护性疗效与常规药物羟苯磺酸钙的治疗效果相当。由于中药当归补血加味汤无副作用,价格低廉,患者更易接受,对糖尿病视网膜病变光凝治疗后的辅助治疗有广泛的应用前景。

Objective： To observe the adjuvant effect of Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction on photocoagulation of proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Method： From October 2013 to April 2015, 70 cases of hyperplastic diabetic retinopathy were enrolled in the Department of Ophthalmology, for total retinal photocoagulation, assisted with Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction for treatment（treatment group, 30 cases）, and the conventional treatment drug Calcium Dobesilate（Haochang） as the control （control group, 40 cases）, the visual acuity, OCT, mfERG test results were observed for the evaluation criteria. Result： Of the 30 patients（60 eyes） of the treatment group, 16.9% were improved visual acuity and were similar to 15.0% in the control greup.OCT examination showed a significant regression of retinal edema, retinal thickness was thinning.MfERG examination showed that the amplitude of each wave after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the P1 and N 1 waves were the most obvious, and the latency was shortened.The effective rate was 48.3% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 49.6% of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction has significant therapeutic effect on PDR patients with photocoagulation treatment which is similar to the effect of Calcium Dobesilate treatment.As the traditional Chinese medicine angelica plus no side effects of soup, low prices, patients are more receptive to diabetic retinopathy after adjuvant therapy, has a wide range of application prospects.
