武汉市5-9岁独生子女家庭二孩生育意愿现状调查

Status Survey of Fertility Desire for Two Children in 5-9 Years Old Single-Child Families in Wuhan City

目的:调查5-9岁独生子女家庭二孩生育意愿及相关影响因素。方法:随机抽取武汉市300个5-9岁独生子女家庭,采用自编问卷调查家庭人口学特点、二孩生育意愿及独生子女社会行为特点,分析影响独生子女家庭生育二孩的因素。结果:调查的300个家庭中,有二孩生育意愿的家庭60个,占20.0%,一孩性别为女孩的家庭二孩生育意愿高于一孩性别为男孩的家庭;父母亲文化程度为本科的家庭生生育二孩意愿更强烈,父母为单独或非独家庭者二孩意愿高于双独家庭,生活满意度评分较低家庭较强烈、儿童行为评分较高家庭、农业户籍、经济收入较高家庭生育二孩意愿较高。结论:儿童攻击行为、父母单独家庭、农村户籍、家庭收入是影响独生子女家庭二孩生育意愿的相关因素。本市5-9岁独生子女家庭有二孩生育意愿所占比例不高。

Objective： To investigate the fertility desire for two children and influencing factors of 5-9 years old single-child families. Methods： 300 families with single child aged 5-9 years old in Wuhan City were randomly selected as the study subjects. The demographic characteristics, fertility desire for two children and social behavior features of single child were studied through self-designed questionnaires. The factors influencing fertility desire for two children in single-child families were analyzed. Re- suits： Among 300 families investigated, 60 families had fertility desire for two children which accounted for 20.0%. The proportion of families＇ fertility desire for two children with a female child was higher than those with a male child. The fertility desire for two children of parents whose education level was bachelor degree was stronger. The fertility desire for two children of parents in single -family home or non single-family home was higher than those in double single family. The fertility desire for two children of fami- lies with lower life satisfaction score, families with higher children behavior score, families with rural household and higher family income was stronger. Conclusion： Children＇s aggressive behavior, single parent families, rural household registration and family in- come were the related influencing factors of fertility desire for two children of single-child families. The proportion of 5-9 years old single-child families＇ fertility desire for two children in the city is low.
