摘要
目的:了解医学毕业生职业决策自我效能感现状,为开展毕业生合理择业教育提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样方法对730名医学毕业生进行职业决策自我效能问卷调查。结果:医学毕业生职业决策自我效能感处于中等水平。自我概念、职业信息收集、社会支持、目标设定维度存在性别的差异性。是否非独生子女在自我概念、目标设定维度,不同家庭经济状况在社会支持和学绩维度有显著性差异。是否学生干部在自我概念、学绩维度方面,是否有工作或兼职经历在自我概念、学绩维度有显著性差异。不同专业喜欢程度在自我概念、自我评价、职业信息收集、社会支持、学绩、目标设定维度存在差异性;不同职业规划程度在自我概念、自我评价得分、职业信息收集、社会支持、学绩、目标设定维度等方面存在显著性差异。结论:应加强医学生职业规划教育,提高医学生的专业认同感;搭建职业能力实践平台;关注不同群体的医学生等来提高医学生的职业决策自我效能感。
Objective: To understand the current stasus of medical graduates career decision-making self-efficacy Methods: By convenience sampling questionnaire survey was conducted among 730 medical graduates. Results: This article finds out that the medical graduates career decision-making serf-efficacy in the medium level. There are differences between gender in self concept, professional information collection, social support, goal setting. Whether the one-child have differences in serf concept, goal setting; students different from sources have differences in social support. Different family economic conditions have differences in social support and study capacity. Whether the student cadre have differences in self-concept and study capacity. Whether the Students with a job or part-time job experience have differences in serf-concept and study capacity. The students of different degree of professional like have differences in serf-evaluation, social support, occupational professional information collection, study capacity, and goal setting. The students of different degree of career planning have differences in self-evaluation, social support, occupational professional information collection, study capacity, and goal setting. Conclusion: There are effective countermeasures to improve medical students' career decision-making serf-efficacy, by strengthening medical students' career planning education; to improve medical students' professional identity; set up professional ability practice platform; focus on different groups of medical students.
