Survey of Short-term Training of Medical Cosmetic Doctors in Guangdong Province

目的:调查广东省医疗美容医师短期培训情况,以进一步改进培训质量,提高医疗美容医师专业技术水平。方法:自行设计问卷,采取方便抽样方法,对参加培训会的来自广东省20个城市的430名医疗美容医师进行问卷调查。结果:超过92%的人比较重视操作实践、技术临床应用及管理要点热点问题等培训内容;约90%的人对培训师资与教学持肯定态度;10.7%的人不确定或不赞同"培训组织服务好"这一说法;4.2%的人认为培训时间过于仓促、培训内容针对性和目的性不够强等。结论:医疗美容专业性内容培训需求大,应进一步规范医疗美容专科医师培训管理,提高培训质量。

Objective：To investigate short-term training recognition and demands of medical cosmetic doctors in Guangdong Province and explore a set of efficient training model. Methods： Do a questionnaire survey among medical cosmetic staff who attend training. Results： More than 92% of respondents think highly of clinical practice, clinical application, and management and hot topics of medical cosmetic knowledge. About 90% of approve of training teachers and teaching ways; 10.7% of doctors take uncertain or disapproving opinions on training organization services. 18 doctors （4.2%） reflect that training is too rushed to learn better, training is short of specificity, and so on. Conclusion： The training quality and training arrangement are supposed to improve continuously.
