New media sports broadcasting has currently received rapid development in our country, however, there still exist many problems in the practical process due to the imperfection of relevant legal system construction, which leads to the frequent happening of infringement phenomenon in New media broadcasting process. New media broadcasting of sports events has become an extremely important way for the future development, therefore, the further improvement of relevant management system is required through joint cooperation of the departments concerned. Only in this way, the self-discipline of news organizations can be strengthened, and China＇s new media sports can finally realize its healthy and sustainable development.
