我国高校在长期的高等教育发展中形成"三个军团"的基本层次,作为第三军团阵营中的新建本科院校应从自身基础出发,结合外部环境和长期趋势,走出自己独特发展的人才培养道路,在梯次结构、跨学科教育方式、毕业生终生学习模式等方面有所创新。

The basic school-running level of ＂three army corps＂ has been formed in the long-term development of higher education in our county. The newly-established universities, the third ＂army corp, should choose the path of unique development for talent cultivation starting from their own basis and combining the external environment and the long-term trend, what＇s more, they are supposed to take innovation in term of phase structure, ways of interdisciplinary education as well as graduates＇ lifelong learning model.
