摘要
采用热处理结合挤压变形的工艺处理方法,研究Mg-8Al-1Ca合金的微观组织、第二相形态及力学性能。对实验合金分别进行T6、挤压+T5和挤压+T6三种处理方式。结果显示:第二相的析出形态分别呈现断续网状和球状、片状和球状、球状和短棒状。挤压变形结合热处理工艺,随着第二相聚集球化,合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度均得到较大的提高,并保持较好的伸长率。
The microstructure,the second phase morphology and mechanical properties of Mg-8Al-1Ca alloy were studied combined with heat treatment process and extrusion deformation.Three kinds of treatment methods of T6, extruded+T5 and extruded+ T6 were used for experiments.The results indicated that the precipitation of the second phase state showed intermittent reticulate and globose, flaky and globose, spherical and rodlike respectively.After extrusion and followed heat treatment, the yield strength and tensile strength of second gathered nodulizing alloy have been greatly improved, maintaining good elongation at the same time.
