摘要
KTH330-08可锻铸铁耐张线夹,在导线展放时发生断裂。通过化学成分分析、宏观检验、硬度测试、断口分析、金相检验,确定其断裂原因。结果表明,回火致脆是造成耐张线夹承载时发生异常破断的主要原因。
KTH330-08 malleable iron strain clamp occurs fracture when the conductor is in place.In order to determine the cause of fracture,the chemical composition analysis,macroscopic examination,hardness test,fracture analysis and metallographie examination were carried on.The results show the temper embrittlement is the main reason for the abnormal breaking of the tension clamp.
