高校体育教育专业篮球课实施拓展训练的实验研究——以伊犁师范学院为例

The Experimental Research On Implementing Training In Professional Basketball Class Of College Sports Education——Taking Yili Normal College As An Example

运用现代时尚的拓展训练原理,借助篮球场地与器材,将篮球技战术配合、教学能力、裁判能力和社会适应能力等作为教学训练内容,按照特定的目的、要求和特殊的规则,精心设计和组织安排的一种训练形式,使体育教育专业学生在集思想性、教育性、竞争性、挑战性和实用性于一体的拓展训练教学中得到培养和提高。试验表明:"拓展训练教学"能够促进学生在短时间内快速融入篮球课堂,积极进行篮球技能的学习,提高篮球技战术水平,提高社会适应能力,实现认知目标、技能目标和情感目标全面提高。

This article applies the training principle of modern fashion,with the help of a basketball court and equipment,will cooperate with basketball technique,teaching ability,judgment ability and social adaptation ability training as the teaching content,in accordance with the requirements for specific purpose,and special rules,elaborate design and arrange a form of training,make physical education major students in the ideological content,educational,competitive,challenging and practical training teaching in cultivating and improving.The test showed that ＂ expanding training teaching＂ can promote students rapidly in a short time to go into the basketball class and the positive of basketball skill learning,improve the level of basketball tactics,improve the social adaptation ability.
