1株食源性小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的鉴定分析

摘要 小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌是近年来受到全球关注的一种肠道致病菌,广泛分布于自然界中.由于其在低温环境下易于生长,所以是现代“冰箱病”的重要致病菌.小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌引起的食源性疾病在上海市呈低水平散发.上海市杨浦区疾病预防控制中心于2015年5月从监测食品中检出1株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,并对分离株进行了血清分型、生物分型和毒力基因检测.
