从“全心全意为人民服务”到“以人民为中心的发展”——论中国共产党人民观的发展演进

From “Wholehearted Service for the People” to “People-centric Development”——On the Evolution of the CPC's People View

人民利益至上是中国共产党的根本政治立场,也可称为中国共产党的人民观。中国共产党从成立之日起,就把人民利益至上作为自己的核心价值追求,党的七大把"全心全意为人民服务"作为宗旨写进党章,明确成为党的核心价值追求。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚持马克思主义群众史观,提出"以人民为中心的发展"思想,作出"人民对美好生活的向往,就是我们的奋斗目标"的庄严承诺,从"全心全意为人民服务"到"以人民为中心的发展",是我们党"人民至上"的人民观一脉相承又与时俱进的充分体现。

Treating people＇s interest with uppermost emphasis is the radical political standpoint of the CPC, which might be called the people view of the Party. Since the establishment of the Party, treating people＇s inter-est with uppermost emphasis has been its core value pursuance. In the Seventh National Congress of the Party, “wholehearted service for the people” was written into the Party Constitution and explicidy became the core val-ue pursuance of the Party. Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, upholds the Marxist view of mass history, brings forward the thought of u people -centric development”, and makes the solemn promise that “ the people’ s longing for a good life is our goal of struggle”. The evolution process from “wholehearted service for the people” to “ people - centric development” is a concrete embodiment of our Party ’ s people view that passes on the ‘‘ people uppermost” standpoint and marches forward with times.
