党的十八大以来,习近平对马克思主义党建理论的新发展主要体现在:坚持以人民为中心、不忘初心,赋予党的功能新定位,理直气壮讲共产主义,从优秀传统文化中汲取精神营养,依靠文化自信坚定理想信念;把抓好党建作为最大的政绩,抓住党内政治生活"关键载体"和高级干部"关键少数",把握民主集中制新要求,增强党组织的政治性、战斗性和创造性;以自我革命精神改进党风,以优良家风带动执政新风,推进作风建设常态化,构建新型的党群关系和党群命运共同体。党面临的最大风险是腐败,坚持反腐败无禁区、全覆盖、零容忍,破解一党长期执政面临的监督难题。统筹推进依法治国与依规治党,依宪执政、纪严于法,以党内治理现代化推动国家治理体系现代化。
