中国改革任务之艰巨、规模之宏大、成就之辉煌,举世无双。系统总结其独特而丰富的实践经验,从中得出规律性的认识,意义十分重大。时至今日,中国共产党系统探索中国改革规律的条件已基本成熟。为此,习近平及时地发出了探索改革规律的号召,而且率先垂范探索改革规律并取得了丰硕的成果,如对改革方向的坚定性、对象的关联性、主体的人民性、条件的开放性、成果的共享性、过程的阶段性、难度的递增性等作出了系统的论述。同时,关于如何运用改革规律,习近平也为我们树立了典范。

The reform of China is matchless in the world in respect of the hardship of tasks, the magnitude of scale and the brilliance of achievements. Systematically summing up the unique and enriched practical experi-ences of the reform and understanding the inherent law is of much importance. Nowadays, there have been condi-tions for our party systematically exploring in the law of reform. For this purpose, Comrade Xi Jinping has timely called up us to explore in the law of reform, and has made great achievements in this field personally. For in-stance, he explicitly discussed the recovery nature of the reform,the connectedness of the object,the people ori-entation of the subject, the openness of conditions, the sharing nature of achievements, the periodicity of the process,the increment of difficulty,and so on. Meanwhile,Comrade Xi Jinping also sets an example for us in ap-plying the law of reform.
