国有企业党建工作“四化”方面的表现及解决对策

The Manifestation of and Countermeasures for Solving the Weakening,Downplaying,Hollowing and Marginalizing of Party Building in State-owned Enterprises

习近平总书记在全国国有企业党的建设工作会议上指出:国有企业党建工作不同程度存在党的领导、党的建设弱化、淡化、虚化、边缘化问题。针对这些问题,应采取的对策是:夯实国有企业党建基础,健全完善国有企业党建工作责任制体系,创新国有企业党建工作方式方法,加强对国有企业党建工作领导。

In the National Conference on Party Building in State - owned Enterprises,General Secretary Xi Jin-ping pointed out that the work of party building in state - owned enterprises is weakened, downplayed, hollowed and marginalized to different degrees. Aimed at these problems, the following countermeasures are suggested： consolidating the foundation of party building in state - owned enterprises ; completing and perfecting the respon-sibility system of party building in state - owned enterprises ; innovating in the ways and methods of party build-ing in state - owned enterprises ; and strengthening the leadership of party building in state - owned enterprises.
