基层党员干部党性教育的实践与思考——以宁都县科级干部集训为例

习近平总书记指出,在干部教育培训中,理论教育是根本,知识教育是基础,党性教育是关键。要更加突出党性教育,帮助干部始终保持政治上的清醒和坚定,始终保持高尚的道德情操,始终保持共产党人的本色。作为"一线指挥部",宁都县委把党性教育作为干部教育培训的经常性工作来抓,紧扣"两学一做"学习教育要求,组织开展科级干部集中轮训,以党性教育为重点,以军事化管理为抓手,注重教育理念、培训方式、学习内容、管理制度等方面的创新,不断增强党员领导干部党性修养和党纪观念,以适应当前全面从严治党新形势新要求,探索出一条加强基层党员干部党性教育的新路子。

General Secretary Xi Jinping points out that in cadre education and training, theoretical education is the root, knowledge education is the foundation, and party spirit education is the key. We must strengthen party spirit education, help the cadres always keep political clear - headedness and firmness, always keep exalted mor-al sentiment, and always keep the true character of Chinese communists. As the front - line headquarters, the CPC Ningdu County Committee treats the party spirit education as the routine work of cadre education and train-ing ,follows the requirements of studies on the theoretical and practical issues of party building, carries out the in -rotation training of section - level cadres, focuses on party spirit education and applies military - style manage-ment ,innovates in education idea, training methods, learning contents, and management institutions, so as to strengthen the party spirit and party discipline consciousness of party member cadres and adapt to the new re-quirement of comprehensively strengthening party discipline under the new situation, thus having created a new way of strengthening party spirit education for grassroots party member cadres.
