摘要
宣钢2号2500m^3高炉,通过多年的理论研究和生产实践,重点从高炉操作参数着手,通过料速的变化精确地调整煤粉量,再根据气流变化在此煤粉量的基础上微调整,实现了炉温稳定,高炉稳定顺行。燃料比大幅度降低,同时也降低了生铁成本。
The theoretical basis and practical guidance for production was provided through many years studies no. 2BF of xuansteel. Blast furnace operating parameters was began and according to the feed-ing velocity to control the amount of pulverized coal. The amount would be changed according to the distribution of gas flow. Si was stabilized and BF was smoothed gradually. Fuel rate was decreased and the cost of pig iron was reduced.
