摘要
冷轧热处理线工艺的退火炉产生大量中低温烟气,为了将烟气回收利用,在原有工艺中增建余热回收系统。在实际生产中余热锅炉的生产变化直接影响退火炉的炉压。通过增设旁通热循环系统,采用旁通循环控制技术,不仅稳定了退火炉炉内压力,同时提高了余热回收系统的效率。
An additional heat recovering system could recycle the mescolow temperature smoke from the annealing furnace in the cold rolling heat processing line. During production, the pressure of fur-nace is directly affected by heat recovery boiler. So,by using thermal system bypass and its control technology could increase the heat recovering system efficiency as well as stability of the furnace pres-sure.
