摘要 为确保高压水泵稳定运行,采用ET-VI1振动状态监测和excel统计图分析的方法预测水泵劣化趋势,以便及时发现故障隐患并处理,减少了因设备故障造成的能源消耗。 To ensure the stable operation of the high - pressure water descaling pump, the degrada-tion degree of it by using ET - VII vibration test and excel statistical chart was predicted. So can find the hidden trouble easily in the first time and solve it to reduce the energy consumption caused by e-quipment failure.
