The cross-border data fow is becoming a more and more important issue in international trade rules with the development of global digital economy. This article introduces the progress of cross-border data fow of WTO system and the latest development of Multilateral Trade Agreements and Free Trade Agreements. At the same time, this article analyzes the related rules which China has been involved. In the end, this article concludes the future development trend of cross-border data fow come up with China＇s strategy.
