A Brief Discussion on the Data Governance at the National Level

数据正在成为信息化时代最基础、最重要的资源,与此同时,数据治理也是国家治理能力最关键、最核心的组织部分。数据治理能力的提升,是政府提升管理社会能力的前提,是政府作为各项社会管理工作,进行科学、高效决策的前提条件。拥有数据并有相应的数据治理能力,也与执政安全有直接关系。

Data is the most fundamental and most important recourses in today’s world, data governance simultaneously play the pivotal role in the governing ability of the Government. The improving of the ability of how to use the data become the pre-requirement of how to improve the government ability to manage the social affairs and to make scientifc and effective decision. Maintaining and good at data governance also concern with the good run of the government business.
