摘要
"一带一路"对中等职业教育的人才培养目标与质量提出了新的要求。中职生职业素养全面提升、职业素养培养研究刻不容缓。通过分析中职生当前职业素养教育的特点与问题,提出应对性的培养途径与策略。
The B＆R Initiative sets new standards for the secondary vocational education and its ob-jectives and quality for talents^ cultivation. There is an urge for the overall upgrade of the professionalquality cultivation for secondary vocational school students and the study on this issue. The paper analy-zes the features and problems occurred jn the current professional quality cultivation tional school students, and it proposes the targeted solutions and cultivation path.
