摘要
提出一种基于模糊算法的掘进机截割机构变频控制策略。首先对掘进机截割机构调速系统原理及特性进行分析;然后采用一种基于模糊PID算法的变频控制策略,通过模糊自适应在线修正PID参数,实现对截割电机的快速、准确调节;最后,通过Matlab对截割机构的工作电流进行仿真,验证了该控制策略的正确性和有效性。
A fuzzy algorithm based new variable-frequency control strategy for cutting device of roadheader is proposed. The speed control system principle and characteristics of the cutting mechanism of the roadheader are analyzed. A variable-frequency control strategy based on fuzzy PID algorithm is used to adjust the cutting machine quickly and accurately by means of PID parameters online correction with fuzzy self-adaption. The working current of the cutting device is simulated with Matlab to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the control strategy.
