征地补偿制度对城乡统筹的进展阻尼研究

Study on Progress Drag of Land Compensation System to Urban and Rural Development

为了研究征地补偿制度对城乡统筹进展影响方向、程度和路径,以河北省实地调研数据为基础,运用结构方程模型构建征地补偿制度对城乡统筹的进展阻尼模型并进行实证检验。研究结果表明:城乡差距对城乡统筹直接进展阻尼是-5.8,"征地情况"变量对"城乡统筹"变量的总效应为0.426,征地补偿制度阻碍城乡统筹进展总效应显著。模型阐释了征地补偿制度、农民福利与农村发展、城乡差距与城乡统筹之间错综复杂的关系,因此兼顾农村与城市利益修订征地补偿标准,提高农民土地增值分享比例,合理处置征地补偿纠纷,化解不同利益主体矛盾是降低进展阻尼的有效路径。

Compensation System plays an important role in promoting the industrialization and urbanization process of development, but also gradually expands the urban-rural development gap at the sawidening gap directly slows down the progress of urban and rural overall. To further tnvestigate the overall progress of land acquisition compensation system for urban and rural affect the direction, extent and paths, the paper used structural equation modeling to build the progress damping model and empirical testland compensation system for urban and rural with field research data of Hebet Province. that ： the direct progress of urban and rural damping is -5.8, ＂land acquisition＂ tag on the total urban and rural＂ variable is 0.426. The overall effect which land requisition compensation system hinders the progress in urban and rural is significant. The progress damping model illustrates the intricate relation-ship among the compensation system, between the welfare of farmers and rural development, between ur-ban-rural gap and urban and rural areas. The valid paths of reducing damping progress are revising stand-ards taking into account the interests of rural and urban land requisition compensation, improving farmers land share ratio of the increasing land value？ proper disposition of land acquisition compensation disputes, resolving different stakeholder contradictions.
