“病案导入式”教学法在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 探讨"病案导入式"教学法在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。将在我院神经内科轮转培训的研究生及住院医师分为试验组(15人)和对照组(15人)。试验组采用"病案导入式"教学法实施医学教学;对照组实施常规教学。通过理论考试与技能操作及人文医学考核评价教学效果。培训结束后,试验组神经病学理论考试成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组技能操作及人文医学考核成绩以优、良为主,而对照组以良、可为主,明显低于试验组(P<0.05)。"病案导入式"教学法可在短时间内有效提高住院医师神经病学基本理论与技能操作水平,在神经病学住院医师规范化培训中值得推广。 To explore the application value of the 'case-based learning' teaching method in resident standardization training of neurology.Graduate students and residents of rotation training in the department of neurology were divided into experimental group(15)and the control group(15).Experimental group adopted 'case-based learning' teaching methods;The control group of conventional teaching.Evaluation of the effect through the theoretical examination and evaluation skills operation and medical humanities teaching.After training,neurology theory test scores of the experimental group are significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Experimental group skills operation and medical humanities appraisal result is given priority to with excellent,good,and the control group is given priority to with good,but,significantly lower than the experimental group(P<0.05. ' Medical record import type' teaching method can effectively improve resident neurology basic theory and skill and operation level in a short time,is worth promoting in the resident standardization training in neurology.
