钢管珊瑚混凝土短柱轴压性能试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 以南海岛礁的礁砂作为骨料,参照南海海水离子含量人工配制海水,制作7组圆钢管珊瑚混凝土短柱试件进行轴压试验,通过分析试件在轴压荷载下的效应变化和破坏形态,分别得到不同钢管套箍系数与试件长径比对短柱试件力学性能的影响规律,以及钢管套箍作用对核心珊瑚混凝土约束强度的影响。基于试验结果,进一步分析了钢管套箍系数对核心珊瑚混凝土强度的影响情况,回归得到钢管珊瑚混凝土极限承载力计算公式,为圆钢管珊瑚混凝土的设计应用提供试验参考。 The use of the reef from the South Sea island reef as aggregates and mixing seawater with reference to ion contents in the South Sea,7 groups of coral concrete filled circular steel tubular short column specimens are fabricated for axial compression test.By the axial compression test of coral concrete filled steel tubular,the change of effect and the failure modes are researched and analyzed.The influence law of casing hoop steel coefficient and slenderness ratio to alter the mechanical property of short column specimens,and the change impact of restriction effect of core coral concrete under the action of steel confinement are obtained.According to the result of experiment and the analysis of the influence on the strength of core coral concrete,and the practical formula for ultimate bearing capacity of coral concrete filled steel tubular short columns under axial compression is established,thus providing reference for design and application of coral concrete filled circular steel tubular.
