摘要
为研究喷气燃料管输过程中各因素对静电积聚的影响,构建实验台架,改变油品流速、油品电阻率、管道长度、管道直径、管道粗糙度,测量对应的静电积聚量。对三参数灰色区间关联法进行改进,将区间值中的重心值替换为平均值,更好地挖掘实验数据的信息价值。使用改进后的三参数灰色区间关联法分析数据,得出各因素与静电积聚量的关联程度排序,验证了该方法应用于实验数据分析的可行性。结果表明,油品流速和管道粗糙度对油品静电积聚影响最大。
In order to study the influence of various factors on the electrostatic accumulation in the process of jet fuel pipe transportation,the experimental bench is built to measure the electrostatic accumulation of jet fuel under different conditions,and the variables including oil velocity,oil resistivity,pipe length,pipe diameter,pipe roughness.By improving the three-parameter grey interval relative method and instead average value of center number within the interval number,the information value of the experimental data is better excavated.By analysis of the experimental datas using the improved three-parameter grey interval relative method,the correlation between the factors and electrostatic accumulation are obtained,which verified the feasibility of the method in the analysis of the experimental data.The results show that the oil velocity and pipe roughness have the greatest influence on the electrostatic accumulation.
