车载金属油罐紧急制动罐内油料晃动仿真

摘要 运加油车常因紧急制动时罐内油料晃动引起油罐结构破坏和制动距离增加,为研究运加油车紧急制动罐内油料晃动机理,以盛装油料的车载金属油罐为研究对象,运用VOF法和动坐标系建立越野车载金属油罐内部油料晃动三维仿真模型,罐体、内部介质及防波板均采用实际尺寸建立三维模型,并可实现到固体罐壁区域受力、变形的耦合分析。结果表明,充液系数越大,对油罐前进方向冲击力也越大,紧急制动时对油罐产生的最大应力也越大。 In order to discover the sloshing mechanism of petroleum in metal tank with emergency brake,the metal tank loaded on vehicle with petroleum is studied in this paper.The 3D simulation model of metal tank internal fuel sloshing is established by combination of moving coordinate system with VOF method,in which the actual sizes of the tank and its internal medium,and the swash plate are employed.With the model,it can realize the coupling analysis of solid shell region stress and deformation.The results show that the bigger liquid filling ratio is,the larger the impact force and stress on metal tank structure in driving direction are.
