标准化管理在抢救车管理中的应用研究

Research on Application of Standardized Management in the Crash Truck Management

目的探讨标准化管理在抢救车管理中的应用价值。方法在医院抢救车管理中引入标准化管理模式,选取分别于引入前(2015年11月—2016年5月)和引入后(2016年6—11月)对抢救车中物品随机抽取78台次进行检查,评估并对比完好率。结果常规抢救车管理模式下常见的问题主要为无统一的病区抢救车管理执行标准,抢救车管理制度不完善、护士对抢救车管理规范及药品的相关知识缺乏;标准化管理引入后上述问题的构成比均较引入前显著降低(P<0.05);引入后抢救车中物品完好率为98.7%,远高于引入前的85.9%(P<0.05)。结论在抢救车管理中引入标准化管理模式能够有效提升抢救车物品完好率。

Objective To study the application value of standardized management in the crash truck management. Methods The standardized management model was introduced in the hospital crash truck management, and the articles in 78 crash trucks before introduction（from November 2015 to May 2016） and after introduction（from June to November 2016） were selected for examination, and the readiness rate was evaluated and compared. Results The common issues under the routine crash truck management model were lack of unified ward crash truck management standards, imperfect crash truck management system and lack of crash truck management standards and drug related knowledge, and the ratio of the above issues after the introduction of standards obviously decreased compared with those before introduction（P〈0.05）, and the readiness rate of articles in the crash truck after introduction was much higher than that before introduction,（98.7% vs 85.9%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The introduction of standardized management model in the management of crash truck can effectively improve the readiness rate of articles in the crash truck.
