摘要
目的分析离子选择电极法与离子色谱法检测生活饮用水中氟化物的效果。方法选取该县某饮用水源作为研究对象,总共采样4份水样,对4份水样分别采用离子选择电极法与离子色谱法检测其中的氟化物含量,对比两种检测方式的检测结果。结果所有水样的水氟浓度均超过1.0 mg/L的生活饮用水检测标准,4份样品的检测结果显示,两种检测方式的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论离子选择电极法与离子色谱法检测生活饮用水中氟化物的效果相当。采用离子色谱法检测水氟含量所需时间更短,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of ion selective electrode method and ion chromatography in measuring the fluoride in the drinking water. Methods 4 samples of drinking water in our country were selected as the research objects, and the constant of fluoride of the four water samples was tested by the ion selective electrode method and ion chromatography,and the test results of the two test methods were compared. Results The fluoride of all water samples was more than 1.0mg/L, and the test results of four samples showed that the difference between the two test methods was not obvious without statistical significance(P〉0.05). Conclusion The effect of ion selective electrode method and ion chromatography in measuring the fluoride in the drinking water is similar, and the time needed of ion chromatography in measuring the fluoride in the drinking water is shorter, which is worth promotion and application.
