Design and Realization of Nursing Management Information System Based on PDCA

目的探索基于PDCA科学管理理念的护理管理信息系统的设计与实现。方法将电子信息技术应用于护理管理,融合了持续质量改进(PDCA)理念,无缝对接医院现有HIS(医院信息系统)、EMR(电子病历)中丰富的信息资源,系统具有以下特色功能:档案管理、护理排班、绩效考核、护理质控、不良事件管理、病区事务管理、护理教育管理。结果该系统切实改变了传统的护理管理模式,实现了护理质控的规范性、即时性、同质性,实现了护理人力资源管理的精细化。结论该系统有助于护理工作质量持续改进、不断提高,是护理管理实践的重大变革。

Objective To explore the design and realization of nursing management information system based on PDCA.Methods The electronic information technology was applied to the nursing management, and the PDCA notion was integrated, and the rich information resources in HIS（hospital information system） and EMR（electronic medical records） were integrated seamlessly, and the system has the following special functions： file management, nursing shift, performance examination, nursing quality control, adverse event management, ward affair management and nursing education management. Results The system truly changed the traditional nursing management model and realized the standardization, instantaneity and homogeneity of nursing quality control and realizing the refinement of nursing humanistic resource management. Conclusion The system contributes to the continuous improvement of nursing work quality, which is a significant reform of nursing management practice.
