二级医院护理门诊对区域PICC导管维护患者服务质量研究

Study on Patient Service Quality of Regional PICC Catheter in Secondary Hospital Nursing Clinic

目的探讨和研究二级医院护理门诊对区域恶性肿瘤院外带管患者PICC维护的服务质量。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月间该院护理门诊接受的区域内上级医院出院带管恶性肿瘤患者100例作为观察组,每周接受护理门诊固定导管维护服务;选取同时间段区域内上级医院出院PICC带管恶性肿瘤患者108例作为对照组,该组患者不定期回原置管医院或者该院护理门诊接受每周导管维护服务。比较两组患者PICC相关并发症、自护能力合格率及导管维护服务满意度等服务质量。结果观察组患者PICC相关并发症总体发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者自护能力合格率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),对导管维护服务满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二级医院护理门诊对区域内恶性肿瘤院外带管患者能提供优质的PICC维护服务,减少患者PICC相关并发症,降低维护成本,提高患者自护能力和导管维护服务满意度,为院外带管患者提供优质的护理服务。

Objective To explore and study the quality of service of PICC maintenance in patients with extracorporeal radiotherapy in patients with regional malignant tumors. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016, 100 cases of patients with malignant tumor were discharged from the hospital in the upper hospital in our hospital. The patients were treated as nursing group. 108 patients with PICC with malignant tumor were discharged from the hospital. The patients were returned from the hospital to the original hospital or the nursing care clinic. The quality of PICC-related complications, self-care ability and catheter maintenance service satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The overall incidence of PICC-related complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The qualified rate of self-care ability of the patients was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the satisfaction rate of the catheter maintenance service was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions Second-level hospital care clinic for patients with malignant tumors in the region can provide quality PICC maintenance services to reduce PICC-related complications, reduce maintenance costs, improve patient self-care ability and catheter maintenance service satisfaction for hospital patients with tubing Provide quality care services.
