摘要
目的调查河南省尉氏县人类免疫缺陷病毒感染（HIV）/艾滋病（AIDS）患者的抑郁发生情况及影响因素,为艾滋病患者心理治疗提供流行病学依据.方法采用横断面调查的方法对2014年1月至2015年1月AIDS发病率较高、患者较为集中的开封尉氏定期随访的AIDS患者进行抑郁情况调查.结果共调查279例患者,抑郁患者179例,其中轻度73例,中度84例,重度22例.经单因素分析,HIV/AIDS患者抑郁的主要影响因素有生活压力、工作压力、婚姻状况、受教育程度、居住情况、CD4^＋T淋巴细胞分层,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;经Logstic多因素分析,影响艾滋病患者抑郁发生的独立危险因素有生活压力、工作压力、CD4^＋T淋巴细胞分层.结论HIV/AIDS人群抑郁情况较普遍,抑郁要受生活压力、工作压力、CD4^＋T细胞数分层等多种因素影响.
Objective To investigate the prevalence of depression and its influencing factors in HIV/AIDS patients in Henan Weishi County, and to provide the epidemiological evidence for the psychological treatment for AIDS patients. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to evaluate the depression of the patients with high morbidity and concentration of Kaifeng Weishi who were followed up from January 2014 to January 2015 in the ‘Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS pilot project＇ by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine. Results There were 279 AIDS patients, and 179 patients with depression. Among them, 73 patients were mild, 84 cases were moderate, 22 cases were severe. The main factors of depressive factors in HIV/AIDS patients were life stress, work stress, marital status, educational level, living condition, CD4^＋ T lymphocyte stratification, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05 ）. After Logistic correction analysis, the influencing factors of AIDS depression were life stress, working pressure and CD4^＋ T lymphocyte stratification. Conclusion For HIV/AIDS patients, depression is mainly affected by life stress, work stress, CD4^＋ T cell number stratification and other factors.
