脊柱椎间孔镜在腰椎盘突出症患者中的应用及对肢体功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨脊柱椎间孔镜在腰椎盘突出症患者中的临床应用效果及对肢体功能的影响.方法选取我院收治的腰椎盘突出症患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35).对照组患者采用保守疗法治疗,观察组患者采用脊柱椎间孔镜治疗,观察比较两组患者的VAS评分及KSS评分.结果两组治疗后3、及7d的VAS评分明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P〈0.05).术后,两组患者的KSS各项评分均有显著上升,且观察组的评分明显高于对照组(P〈0.05).结论与保守治疗相比,腰椎盘突出症患者利用脊柱椎间孔镜治疗能显著改善肢体功能,值得临床推广应用. Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vertebral vertebrae in patients with lumbar disc herniation and its effect on limb function. Methods Seventy cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=35). The patients in the control group were treated with conservative therapy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with vertebral vertebrae. The VAS scores and KSS scores of the two groups were observed and compared. Results At 3, 5 and 7 days after the treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than these before treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P〈0.05). After treatment, the KSS scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the KSS scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with conservative treatment, patients with lumbar disc herniation can improve their limb function by using vertebral vertebrae, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
