摘要
目的探究降脂通络软胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床疗效.方法选取2013年10月至2016年10月期间于本院就诊及治疗的116例2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组58例,两组患者均首先进行常规治疗,对照组患者加用瑞舒伐他汀,观察组患者加用降脂通络软胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀,对比并分析两组患者的治疗效果.结果治疗后,观察组患者的血清总胆固醇水平、甘油三酯水平、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、超敏C-反应蛋白水平均显著低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著高于对照组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组的不良反应总发生率比较,无显著差异（P〉0.05）.结论给予2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者降脂通络软胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗可明显改善血脂水平,且不良反应少,安全性高.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule combined with rosuvastatin in type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia. Methods The 116 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hyperlipemia from October 2013 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 58 cases in each group. All the patients received normal therapy. On the basis of this, patients in the control group were treated with rosuvastatin, and patients in the observation group were treated with Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule combined with rosuvastatin. The clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the levels of serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, allergic C-reactive protein in the observation group were statistically better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; The total incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule combined with rosuvastatin in type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia is remarkable.
