摘要 目的探讨眼科动态多媒体教学在本科生临床见习中的应用效果.方法将我院进行眼科临床实习的100名学生随机分成两组,采用多媒体动画、视频资料等与传统多媒体课件整合应用教学的学生作为试验组(50名),采用传统多媒体教学的学生作为对照组(50名),观察分析两组学生的课堂观察、随堂测验及问卷调查情况.结果试验组学生有较好课堂观察.试验组的随堂测验成绩为(95.82±2.05)分,高于对照组的(90.76±2.51)分(t=8.842,P〈0.05).试验组学生的幻灯片中包含大量的动画、图片和视频,教学内容充实;幻灯章节内容清晰、制作精良;见习课帮助我深入认识眼科疾病,有助于对知识点的记忆;我对眼科学见习课的兴趣四个问题上调查均优于对照组(P〈0.05);两组学生在授课重点、难点明确;我希望教学课件中包含更多的多媒体动画和视频问题上无显著性差异(P〉0.05).结论动态多媒体教学在眼科本科生临床见习中具有更好的教学效果,值得在广大眼科教学人员中推广使用. Objective To investigate the effect of ophthalmology dynamic multimedia teaching in clinical clerkship of undergraduates. Methods One hundred students in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Receiving multimedia animation, video data and other traditional multimedia courseware integration teaching students were selected as the experimental group (50 cases), receiving traditional multimedia teaching students were selected as the control group (50 cases). The classroom performance, quizze and questionnaire survey were observed and analyzed between the students of thd two group. Results The experimental group had better classroom performance. The quizzes of the experimental group was (95.82 ±2.05)scores,whichwas higherthan(90.76±2.51)scoresofthecontrolgroup( t=8.842, P〈0.05).The four issue of the slide contains a lot of animation pictures and video, teaching content isfull; slide chaptercontent is clear, well-produced; trainee to help me in-depth understanding of eye diseases, contribute to the memory of knowledge points; class interest in the experimental group were superior to those of the control group ( P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the teaching focus, difficult to clear; i hope that teaching courseware contains more multimedia animation and video problems between the two groups ( P 〉0.05). Conclusion Ophthalmology dynamic multimedia teaching in clinical clerkship of undergraduates has good teaching effect, which is worthy of promotion in the eye teaching staffs.
