小儿便秘采用中医综合护理的效果分析

Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine in children with constipation

目的探讨小儿便秘采用中医综合护理的效果.方法选择我院2015年8月至2016年12月收治的80例小儿便秘患者,依据不同护理方式分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医综合护理,比较两组患者护理后的治疗效果及患儿家长对护理的满意度.结果在小便黄染、大便难排、腹账腹痛、夜间哭闹与胃纳差缩减等症状的中医证候评分方面,观察组的各项评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在护理满意率方面,观察组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论小儿便秘采用中医综合护理可以有效改善机体状态,提升护理满意度.

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM） on children with constipation. Methods Eighty children with constipation in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group. Forty children in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and the other forty children in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing care of TCM. The clinical effect and nursing service satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The TCM scores in yellowing of urine, shit to row, abdominal distension and pain, crying at night, stomach upset of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）; the nursing service satisfaction of children＇s family in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （97.5% vs. 82.5%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care of TCM in children with constipation has remarkable clinical effect, and can effectively improve the body state of children and nursing satisfaction
