综合护理干预对老年患者心理和生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychology and quality of life of elderly patients

目的探讨综合护理干预对老年患者心理和生活质量的影响.方法选取我院2015年6月至2016年12月所收治的300例老年患者为研究对象,根据不同护理模式,将其分为综合护理干预组与常规护理组,每组患者150例,比较两种护理方式对老年患者心理及生活质量的影响.结果两组患者干预前的SAS、SDS评分及生活质量评分均无明显差异（P〉0.05）,经不同护理干预后,综合护理干预组患者的SAS、SDS评分显著低于常规护理组（P〈0.05）,生活质量评分显著高于常规护理组（P〈0.05）.结论综合护理干预可有效改善老年患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量.

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychology and quality of life of elderly patients. Methods Three hundred elderly patients admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into comprehensive nursing intervention group and routine nursing group according to different nursing mode, with 150 cases in each group. The effects of two kinds of nursing methods on psychology and quality of life of elderly patients were compared. Results There were no significant differences in SAS, SDS score and quality of life score between the two groups before intervention （P〉0.05）. After different nursing interventions, the SAS, SDS scores of the comprehensive nursing intervention group were significantly lower than those of the routine nursing group （P〈0.05）, and the quality of life score of the comprehensive nursing intervention group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status and the quality of life in elderly patients.
