摘要
目的探讨自我效能干预对老年消化性溃疡患者心理状态及生活质量的影响.方法选取我院2014年7月至2016年9月收治的老年消化性溃疡患者83例为研究对象,根据建档顺序分组,对照组41例,研究组42例.对照组患者实施常规护理干预,研究组患者于对照组基础上实施自我效能干预,比较两组患者干预前后焦虑（HAMA）评分、抑郁（HAMD）评分及生活质量评分.结果两组干预前HAMA、HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组干预后HAMA、HAMD评分均低于干预前,且研究组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组干预前生理功能、躯体功能等生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组干预后生理功能、躯体功能等生活质量评分均显著高于干预前,且研究组显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论自我效能干预可有效改善老年消化性溃疡患者心理状态及生活质量.
Objective To explore the effects of self -efficacy intervention on mental status and quality of life in aged patients with peptic ulcer. Methods From July 2014 to September 2016, 83 patients with senile peptic ulcer in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group （ n=41） and study group （ n=42） according to the order of the file. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, and the patients in the study group were treated with self-efficacy intervention on the basis of control group. The anxiety （HAMA）, depression （HAMD） and quality of life score of the two groups were analyzed and compared before and after intervention. Results There was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before intervention （P〉0.05）, After intervention, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in quality of life scores of physiological function and physical function between the two groups before intervention （P 〉0.05）. After intervention, the quality of life scores of physiological function, physical function of the two qroups were higher than before intervention, and those of the study group were significantly higher than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Self-efficacy intervention can effectively improve the mental state and quality of life of aged patients with peptic ulcer.
