中药穴位贴敷联合降压药治疗高血压90例效果观察

Observation on the effect of 90 cases of hypertension treated by acupoint application of Chinese herb combined with antihypertensive drugs

目的探讨高血压患者采取中药穴位贴敷与降压药联合治疗的临床效果.方法选取我院2014年5月至2016年5月接诊的高血压患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组45例,对照组患者接受常规降压药物治疗,而研究组患者除了降压药物治疗,还加用中药穴位贴敷治疗,对两组患者临床效果,以及治疗前后收缩压与舒张压及生活质量评分进行观察记录,并比较分析.结果研究组患者临床总有效率高达95.56%,对照组患者则为82.22%,研究组显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗前收缩压、舒张压、生活质量评分比较,无明显差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后上述指标均有明显改善,但研究组改善明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论高血压患者采取中药穴位贴敷与降压药物联合治疗,不仅可以明显提高临床效果,而且可以更好地改善血压指标,并提高生活质量,值得借鉴.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination therapy of acupoint application of Chinses herb and antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension. Methods Ninety cases of hypertensive patients who were admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the reseach subjects. According to the random number table, all the patients were divided into control group and study group, each group had 45 cases, the control group received conventional antihypertensive drug treatment, and the study group received Traditional Chinese medicine acupoints treatment in addition to antihypertensive drug therapy, the clinical effect, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded. Results The total effective rate was 95.56% of the study group, which was significantly higher than 82.22% of the control group （P 〈0.05）; the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, quality of life score of the two groups of patients before treatment had no significant difference （P 〉0.05）, but the improvement of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of acupoint application of Chinses herb and antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension can not only improve the clinical effect, but also can improve the blood pressure index and improve the quality of life, which is worth learning.
