益肾活血通关汤联合西药治疗老年良性前列腺增生的疗效评价

Effect of Tongguan decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨益肾活血通关汤联合西药治疗老年良性前列腺增生的临床疗效.方法选取我院收治的老年良性前列腺增生患者80例,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例.对照组患者给予西药非那雄胺片治疗.观察组患者在口服非那雄胺片的基础上给予中药方剂益肾活血通关汤加减进行治疗,两组患者均治疗30d.比较两组患者治疗总有效率和相关临床指标.结果治疗30d后,观察组总有效率（95.0%）高于对照组（72.5%）（P〈0.05）;观察组患者前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、尿流率、膀胱残留尿量及前列腺体积均优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论益肾活血通关汤可明显改善老年良性前列腺增生患者排尿困难的症状,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床中推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongguan decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Eighty cases of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given Western medicine finasteride tablets, and the observation group was given Tongguan decoction on the basis of finasteride tablets, both two groups were treated for 30 days. The total effective rate and relational clinical indexes were compared between the two groups. Results After 30 days treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than 7 2.5% in the control group （P〈0.05）; the prostate symptom score, quality of life score, urine flow rate, residual urine volume in the observation group were superior to those （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tongguan decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of dysuria in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, and improve patients＇ quality of life, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
