老年痴呆患者临床应用自拟补气活血汤进行治疗的效果观察

Clinical application observation of self made Buqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of senile dementia patients

目的探讨自拟补气活血汤治疗老年痴呆患者的临床疗效.方法本次研究对象来源于我科2015年6月至2016年6月收治的老年痴呆患者60例,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例.对照组患者采用盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,观察组患者采用自拟补气活血汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果观察组患者的总有效率为86.7%,高于对照组患者的76.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论补气活血汤治疗老年痴呆临床疗效较好,值得推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Buqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of senile dementia patients. Methods Sixty cases ofsenile dementia patients in this paper were from our departmentfrom June 2015 to June 2016. All the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets, while the patients in the observation group were treated with self made Buqi Huoxue decoction. The clinical effects ofthe patients in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate ofthe observation group was 86.7%, which was higher than 76.7% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Self made Buqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of senile dementia patients has better clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion.
