For the high quality and high efficiency requirement of helicopter assembly industry, automatic drill-riveting of the helicopter fuselage assembly was presented. The function, structure and key technique of the system were illustrated in detail. The automatic drill-riveting system can shorten the development cycle, reduce the cost and improve the competition ability in the helicopter assembly.
