摘要
在已有开放型经济发展的基础上,南宁需借力"一带一路",通过创新对外开放体制机制、着力"五通"建设枢纽城市、打造"双核驱动"核心引擎、加强与东盟国家合作等举措,切实建成面向东盟开放合作的区域性国际城市,建成"一带一路"有机衔接的重要门户。
Based on the development of open economy, leveraging＂the Belt and Road”,Nanning needs to build the city into ASEAN - oriented regional international metropolis and an important organic gateway to “the Belt and Road” by innovating institutional mecha-nisms of opening up, focusing on the construction of the ＂five links＂ hub city, building core engine of ＂dual core drivers＂ and strength-ening cooperation with ASEAN countries, etc.
