摘要
多元化评价有利于对高校教师进行全面诊断,有利于教师发现工作中的问题并及时改正,也为学校对教师的奖惩提供依据。多元化评价包括了学生网上评教、教师互评、学校评价等三个部分。基于此三部分构建的评价体系使得评价结果更加公平公正。
The diversified evaluation on teachers is conducive to the overall diagnosis of university teachers,can help teachers find problems in the work and correct them in time,and provides the basis for school to reward and punish teachers. The diversified evaluation should contain three parts,which are students evaluating teachers online,teachers' mutual evaluation and the evaluation of the school. It can make the evaluation result more fair and reliable to construct the evaluation system based on these three parts.
