糖尿病坏疽患者的健康指导及中医护理效果观察

Observation on Health Guidance and TCM Nursing Effect of Patients with Diabetic Gangrene

目的临床分析糖尿病坏疽患者的健康指导及中医护理效果。方法随机选择2014年2月—2016年2月在该院治疗的110例糖尿病坏疽患者,随机将其划分为研究组与对照组,每组患者55例,对照组实施常规护理模式,研究组实施健康指导和中医护理,比较两组护理后的临床疗效。结果 110例患者经过护理之后,负性情绪得以显著性改善,患者生活质量也显著提升,研究组临床护理效果显著优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,糖尿病坏疽是糖尿病治疗与护理的重点,开展健康指导与中医护理,能够明显缓解患者紧张、焦虑等负面情绪,提升临床护理效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the health guidance and TCM nursing effect of patients with diabetic gangrene.Methods110 cases of patients with diabetic gangrene treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing model,while the research group adopted the health guidance and TCM nursing,and the clinical curative effect after nursing was compared.Results After nursing,the negative emotion was obviously improved,and the quality of life of patients was obviously improved and the nursing effect in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group,and there were obvious differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,the diabetic gangrene is the key point of treatment and nursing of diabetes,the development of health guidance and TCM nursing can obviously relieve the negative emotions of nervousness and anxiety and improve the clinical nursing effect,and it is worth clinical promotion.
