80例妊娠合并糖尿病血糖控制的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Blood Glucose Control of 80 Cases of Patients with Pregnancy and Diabetes

目的讨论80例妊娠合并糖尿病血糖控制的临床分析。方法选取该院发生妊娠合并糖尿病的患者有80例,实行血糖的控制的管理,采集患者的空腹血糖(FPG),饭后2 h后的血糖情况(2 h PG),糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)等指标。结果经过精心的护理以及血糖的控制的情况,选取的孕妇均将患者的血糖控制良好,生产时,出现剖宫产的有44例,有36例为常规的阴道分娩的。结论对于妊娠合并糖尿病的患者,实行控制血糖的管理的行为可以有效的降低空腹血糖,减少由于糖尿病而对母婴造成的影响,具有重要的价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical analysis of blood glucose control of 80 cases of patients with pregnancy and diabetes.Methods 80 cases of patients with pregnancy and diabetes in our hospital were selected and the given the blood glucose control and management,and the fasting FPG,2 h PG and Hb A1 C of patients were collected.Results After the careful nursing and blood glucose control,the blood glucose of patients was good,at birth,there were 44 cases with cesarean delivery and 36 cases with routine vaginal birth.Conclusion For patients with pregnancy and diabetes,the management behavior of controlling blood glucose can effectively reduce the fasting blood glucose and reduce the effect of diabetes on the mothers and infants,and it is of important value.
